  • HELP! WHAT SIZE TABLECLOTH DO I NEED?
  • WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
    We recommend for all of our customers to secure their order as soon as you know what you need.You can always adjust your order up to 14 days prior to your event before when you make your final payment. If you happen to have more guests RSVP after the final payment, you can add to your order as long as the items are available. Please remember all of our items are first come, first served.
  • WHEN IS MY FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
    Final payments are due 14 days prior to your event.
  • HOW WILL MY LINENS BE PACAKGED?
    All of your items will be professionally cleaned and pressed when you pick them up. Tablecloths, sashes, and table runners will be on hangers. Napkins will be pressed and placed in a plastic storage container for easy transportation.
  • CAN I USE CANDLES ON THE TABLES?
    As long as your venue allows for it, you can use candles. Please ensure all of the candles are enclosed in a hurricane or votive style vase. Candle wax will damage our linens and you will be billed the replacement costs as outlined in your contract.
